Certain Foods Can Cause Bad Breath for People
Do you suffer from bad breath that is more that occasional and seems to persist? If so, you may want to start keeping track of all of the foods that you eat on a regular basis. You may be able to find that a certain kind of food that you are eating could actually be causing the bad breath. Certain foods that are acidic, or strong in odor, can lead to bad breath. It can be more than a matter of simply brushing your teeth after each meal, or chewing on breath mints. You may find that brushing your teeth is not the only part of dental hygiene that you need to try. Flossing your teeth is also important, and can help reach the areas where germs can build up and where plaque is formed. Rinsing with mouth wash can also help to get rid of the germs and plaque that can lead to bad breath. If you avoid the foods that could be giving you the bad breath, brush your teeth a few times a day, floss your teeth and rinse with strong mouth wash, you may find that you can be free of bad breath. There are stronger mouth washes available that may help you get rid of more germs and plaque than the ones that you are currently trying.
