If you avoid the foods that could be giving you the bad breath, brush your teeth a few times a day, floss your teeth and rinse with strong mouth wash, you may find that you can be free of bad breath. There are stronger mouth washes available that may help you get rid of more germs and plaque than the ones that you are currently trying.
